The Stronghold line-up is expanding. Introducing the Stronghold Barricade Mid-tower, a natural evolution of the Stronghold Overseer. This metal chassis comes with two Kolink Classic PWM fans and the iconic hexagonal mesh design for incredible natural airflow. With its user-friendly and screwless design, installing hardware in this case is a breeze. Able to support up to an E-ATX motherboard, 330 mm GPU, and 165 mm CPU cooler, the Stronghold Barricade is perfect for all your premium components.
The Features of Kolink Stronghold Barricade Mid-tower at a Glance:
User Friendly
The Stronghold Barricade was constructed to have an accessible interior and provide a user-friendly experience. Utilising a screwless design, the top and side panels are removable with the tempered glass panel being hinged, granting greater access to the interior of the chassis. The tempered glass panel is easily opened utilising the magnetic pull tab. From there, this mid-tower can support a comprehensive range of premium gaming hardware.
To start, there are no limitations on motherboard size, with the Stronghold Barricade being able to support from E-ATX down to Mini-ITX. Most modern graphics cards will fit as there is space for a GPU up to 330 mm long. Plus, there is clearance for a CPU cooler up to 165 mm tall. Throughout the chassis are excellent cable routing opportunities to keep your build looking clean and tidy. There will be no cable clutter in a Kolink case.
Airflow and Cooling
Featuring our iconic hexagonal mesh pattern across the chassis, the Stronghold Barricade already boasts comprehensive airflow. This is boosted by the inclusion of two Kolink Classic PWM 120 mm fans, one placed on the rear and the other centrally on the front panel. These seven bladed fans utilise a hydraulic bearing for smoother performance and long-lasting reliability. What’s more, there are two additional fan brackets for you to expand this thermal solution.
Enhancing the cooling potential further, the Stronghold Barricade has been primed for use with AiO coolers. There are three places to install radiators, with the option to host more than one within your AiO loop. Upon the front there is capacity for up to a 360 mm radiator, whilst the top holds up to a 240 mm, and the rear panel can host up to a 120 mm radiator. Your hard-working components will stay at optimum temperature with the comprehensive support for cooling within this chassis.
Attractive and Desirable
To power your gaming PC, the Stronghold Barricade accommodates a power supply up to 190 mm long, held within a vented PSU shroud. Next to this compartment is the drive bay, which can host two 2.5” SSDs and either two 3.5” or 2.5” HDDs. With this flexibility, you can install a comprehensive storage solution that strikes the perfect balance between capacity and speed.
For its exterior, the Stronghold Barricade utilises metal and plastic panels finished in gunmetal grey. Completing this sleek Mid-tower, the I/O panel on the top of the chassis features one USB 3.1, two USB 2.0 ports, and one HD audio jack. To help with cable management and not interrupt the mesh design, these ports are placed on the side of the panel.
